Return Policy:
You may return items purchased from our online store www.bonkaso.com within 10 days from the date of delivery.You can raise a return request by logging into your account and initiating a returnfrom the My Orders section. Returns will be picked up within 24-48 hrs of return request initiation.During pickup, our delivery agent may conduct a quality check on the returned item,considering the return reason you provided. Once the return reason and the item are verified, the pickup will be considered successful. The product should be in unused condition and in its original packaging with labels intact at the time of return.
Cancellation Policy:
You can cancel an order before it is shipped. The cancel option will get disabled from ‘My Orders’ section once the product is shipped. Under what conditions return requests will not be accepted/ Will be considered as Quality Check rejected?
Used/ altered products.
Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing.
The return request is generated after 10 days from the date of delivery.
If the return reason mentioned at the time of return request does not match the product condition at the time of QC (if applicable)
All refunds and returns are at the sole discretion of Bonkaso, upon the verification and confirmation done by the brand.
Refund Policy:
- For Pre-paid Orders:
Refunds for pre-paid orders will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. It can take 7-14 business days from pickup date of the return item for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on the bank's processing time. Please note that any shipping charges applied are non-refundable.
- For COD Orders:
For COD orders, you must select the payment method and share the required details at the time of initiating the refund from the website. The COD fee is non-refundable in the event of cancellation (partial or full) or return of the order. Additionally, any shipping charges applied are non-refundable.
Shipping policy:
Shipping charges on bonkaso.com are applicable based on certain criteria. Some pin codes, specific items, and orders below a minimum cart value may incur a shipping fee. These charges are subjective and will vary. We request you to check the applicable shipping charges at the time of checkout for accurate information.
