Our working hours are from Monday-Saturday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Standard Installation Includes:
• Replacement/Installation of the lock on wooden doors and wooden frames only.
• Product demonstration, covering features, usage, and Do’s and Don’ts.
Additional Information:
• We support installation in these cities only- Delhi, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, Gurgaon, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Thane, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata.
• Visiting charges will apply for any service required during the warranty period    post installation.

Damage During Installation

Disclaimer of Liability for Installation-Related Damages
1. Customer Responsibility: The customer acknowledges that the installation of smart door locks may involve alterations to existing door structures, frames, and other related components. As such, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their property is prepared and suitable for the installation of the smart door lock.
2. Third-Party Installers: If the customer engages a third-party installer to perform the installation, our company shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the actions, negligence, or errors of the third-party installer.
3. Self-Installation: If the customer chooses to install the smart door lock themselves, they assume full responsibility for any damage to the product at the time of installation. Our company shall not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of improper installation or use.
4. Company Installation Services (requested installation via our website): If the customer opts for our company's installation services by filling installation form, while we strive to provide careful and competent service, we cannot be held liable for any incidental damage to the customer's property that may occur during the installation process. This includes, but is not limited to, damage to doors, door frames, surrounding structures, or any other property.
By purchasing and/or arranging the installation of our smart door lock, the customer agrees to the above terms and conditions regarding installation-related damages. If the customer does not agree to these terms, they should not proceed with the purchase or installation of the smart door lock.
